Special Features Include: 

This  Cummins 2,000 houur K19 M3  single screw, diesel powered, refrigerated trawler with deckhouse forward, comes with professional plans and pricing to remove fishing trawls and nets to permit a 40' x 21' (8.400 cu ft.) work area located within the aft deck along with the current freezer set up as seen below.

CARGO FREEZER SYSTEM:

Vessel is fitted with a 4000 cubic foot 65,000#  capacity fully insulated shrimp hold. The cargo freezer system consists of two (2) Carrier model 5F40 compressors each driven by a 20 HP Bal dor 230/460 VAC, 3—phase electric motor. System cooling for each compressor is accomplished by a 1 HP 115/230 VAC, I—phase, 1-1/2" Sta—Rite centrifugal pump through a Standard Refrigeration condenser. An approximate 4000 cubic foot capacity fully insulated shrimp hold is fitted with seven (7) 12' x 2' and one (1) 10' x 2' grade 5086 or 6061 T 6 aluminum evaporator/ chill plates. An 8' x 5' x 4' fiberglass reinforced polyester construction refrigeration brine tank with 3 HP 230/460 VAC, 3—phase motor driven agitator is located on the aft work deck.

This  Cummins K19 M3  single screw, diesel powered, refrigerated trawler with deckhouse forward, is adaptable to feature a 40' x 21' (8.400 cu ft.) work area located within the aft deck.

This vessel was last hauled  in August 2021 . During shipyard haulout, the shipyards welder created a hot spot necessitating the following restitutions.

This resulted in a major refit of the deckhouse which required demolition of its interior and extensive renewals to include complete wiring, circuit panels, fixtures receptacles, etcetera; electronic & navigation equipment ; plumbing & fixtures; appliances wood work, paneling, cabinets, counters, etcetera and central air conditioning system.

Additional work accomplished during 08/2021 haulout included:

— All fuel tanks voided, opened, cleaned and gas freed.

— New stainless steel fuel lines installed from aft fuel tanks to engine room.

Shark cage installed over underwater running gear .

 Hull near white sand blasted and painted with an epoxy coating system from keel to masthead.

— Necessary sacrificial zinc anodes installed.

Accommodations:

DECKHOUSE CONSTRUCTION & ARRANGEMENT :

Staterooms and Pilot House euipped with Reverse Cylce A/C. 

The deckhouse is constructed of 1/4" plate, flat bar and angle framed, fiberglass insulated and ceiled throughout with fiberglass wall paneling, fiberglass overhead panels, Spanish Cedar cabinets and trim and Targinol epoxy flooring. Beginning forward is the raised pilothouse fitted with a formica covered console with access panels beneath, port and starboard exit watertight doors, two (2) pedestal type pilot chairs and gasket fitted 1/4" tempered safety glass windows. Lighting is AC LED and DC incandescent. AC & DC ships service electrical panels are located port side aft pilothouse. Forepeak escape access is located beneath the pilothouse to deckhouse steps. Aft of and four (4) steps down from the pilothouse on the starboard side is the galley equipped with a Whirlpool 4—burner 240 VAC electric stove with Nutone 120 VAC vent/ light; Hamilton Beach 120 VAC microwave, 120 VAC refrigerator and a Primo 120 VAC bottled water cooler/ dispenser. A double basin stainless steel sink is fitted into a formica covered counter with ample storage cabinets provided above and beneath. Port side aft of the pilothouse is arranged a formica covered crew mess table with built in upholstered seat lockers. Starboard side aft of the galley are arranged fore and aft staterooms, the forward fitted with one (1) bunk and the aft fitted with four (4) bunks. Both staterooms are fitted with adequate storage lockers and drawer space. Port side aft of the diffing table is a water closet equipped with toilet, shower stall and lavatory/ vanity. In the aft port corner of the deckhouse is the engine room access companionway and exit watertight door to the aft deck. Deckhouse is equipped with a R.S. Price & Son, 5—ton capacity, water cooled heat pump type 240 VAC central heating and air conditioning system.

Owner has supplied professional plans to simply and quickly convert this Freezer Trawler into a Long Range Cruiser or Transport Vessel. With a 14,000 Gallon fuel capacity, she is "Perfect for transporting refrigerated goods from the USA to the Caribbean and South America" The freezer hold is 18' x 24' x 7' deep encompassing approximately 3.024 cu.ft. 

This  Cummins K19 M3  single screw, diesel powered, refrigerated trawler with deckhouse forward, comes with plans and pricing to remove fishing trawls and nets to permit a 40' x 21' (8.400 cu ft.) work area located within the aft deck. The vessel is currently formulated  to operate in the GOM  commercial shrimp fishery industry in and has only 2000 hours since major refit. The subject vessel is fitted with five (5) transverse bulkheads from bow to stern.
