Managing broker and President, Bob Carlson, spent months restoring his first boat, an 18' Shepard, all mahogany "Rum Runner" and has continued to share his enthusiasm for these classics with like minded yachtsmen and women at this annual event on the North shore of Lake Tahoe.
After assembling a group of like minded clients, we all met at the docks the opening night and proceeded to the private dinner and gathering to follow. The rest of the week was spent speaking with dozens of the owners of these fabulously restored boats and enjoying the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe.
As an aside, Tom Burton, owner of an 18' classic wooden Chris Craft, subsequently�visited our marina in Fort Lauderdale and bought a 38' Cigarette Top Gun!
