Aft Deck:
The open aft deck has an inlaid teak oval dining table that comfortably seats 8, and a full service bar with four stools forward to port, with access staircase to the fly bridge adjacent. There is a settee across the aft deck and two staircases down either side to the swim deck. The aft deck is air conditioned for humidity control and has screens and clear curtains for enclosure in inclement weather.

Main Saloon:
The main salon is a bright and generous open space, with a very relaxed yet elegant decor. Couches, easy chairs and coffee tables complement this area, Roman blinds and silhouette shades provide privacy, and Lutron lighting provided many different programmable settings for light control, all LED lighting. The main salon has a full audio visual Crestron entertainment system controlled by iPad complete with surround sound for your movie enjoyment. Electric powered stainless steel and glass doors access the open aft deck.
Dining Room
The dinning area is forward open to the main salon. There is a table designed to seat eight guests comfortably, and the surrounding cabinetry including a cabinet on the centerline is all fully fitted for china and service pieces. A day head is located on the main deck adjacent to the main deck foyer, entirely finished in Portoro and Thassos marbles.

Galley
The galley is forward to port of the dinning room on the main deck. A serving pantry is outboard and aft to port with access to the main deck dinning room. The galley and pantry area are complete with all the necessary amenities such as freezers, refrigerators, cook tops, ice makers and storage.

Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is on the main deck forward with a king size bed with storage underneath, and an upholstered headboard. Two night stands are either side with back lit Onyx tops, each with a pullout drawer, and lower storage. There is a desk and vanity with two sets of drawers to starboard and a single chair and small table to port. An entertainment center with media storage is centerline forward with two cedar lined walk-in closets either side of the entrances to his and her bathrooms. The master stateroom has silhouette and black out blind window treatments, decorative sconces and a Lutron lighting control system. New American walnut hardwood flooring  2016. Crestron A/V system; bluray, DVD, DirectTV with DVR.

Master Bathrooms:
His and her bathrooms are forward of the master stateroom. These bathrooms are finished in Calacatta Vagil Oro marble throughout on both of the vanities and all the floors. There is a Jacuzzi tub/shower centerline that splits both bathrooms. Fittings are Broadway Edwardian polished brass; there is an emergency escape to the foredeck locker through the Jacuzzi tub and ensuite heads
LOWER DECK
Guest Stateroom Area The guest area is accessible via a staircase from the main deck foyer. There is a central guest lobby complete with a washer/dryer, linen cupboard, service closet and storage.
VIP Cabin
A full width VIP cabin (that is indeed larger than many master staterooms) with a queen sized bed is all the way aft in the accommodation area, with marble bathroom aft to starboard and a walk in cedar lined wardrobe to port. There are dressers both sides, shoji screen window treatments and a full entertainment center, as well as a small second wardrobe.

Guest Cabins 2 & 3
Two queen guest staterooms are forward in the guest accommodation area, each finished in cherry wainscoting with fabric panels above, upholstered headboards and marble topped night stands either side of the queen beds.
Each stateroom has its own marble finished bathroom with polished brass Broadway Edwardian fixtures and marble lined shower. The portside stateroom has emergency access to the crew quarters forward. New American walnut hardwood flooring � 2016.
Crew Area:
Access to the crew area is gained by proceeding forward through the galley/pantry and down the stairs. To starboard is the crew mess with crew galley opposite to port, and laundry center adjacent. The seating area is comfortable for TV viewing, relaxing and meals. The Captains cabin has a lower berth with storage beneath, cedar lined closet and night stand, and adjoining head finished in Corian. The Engineer's cabin has an outboard berth with storage below, cedar lined closet and adjoining head finished in Corian. There are two additional crew cabins, each one having two bunks, cedar lined closet and private head complete with shower.

Engine Room:
The engine room and lazarette are situated in the aft portion of the yacht. Access to the lazarette is through a watertight door from the swim deck.
Pilothouse:

Fly bridge:
The spectacular fly bridge with non skid deck finish has a smoked Lexan wind screen ahead of the helm station with all controls, alarms and navigation equipment. There are two Crown Mariner helm chairs and a forward facing settee. Aft to port is a four place bar with teak top, Corian counters, an ice maker and two refrigerators. There is also an outdoor grill on the fly bridge. Opposite to starboard and under a modern awning is a dining area with settees and chairs surrounding a teak dining table. Further aft of the dining area is a beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub with teak steps and deck surrounding, with sun bathing pads adjacent.
Waverunners�are stored aft of the guest area and launched by a 3000lb Marquipt davit.
